A daily process you can use a little each day that will change your life
The reality is that often it can be difficult to create new habits of thinking and taking action even if you realize that your old habits are holding you back from creating the happiness, motivation and empowerment that you really could in life. Reading an occasional self-help book or taking a self-help course also may not create lasting change. How many times have you read a book or taken a course in school and a few weeks later forgotten much or most of what you learned? I know that I have had this happen to me many times in all my many years of schooling. Even if you realize that adopting a certain belief or action will significantly and positively affect your life, how many times have you had difficulty turning it into a consistent habit? Because creating your best and happiest life and increasing and sustaining happiness, motivation and results in every area of your life is so important we do not want you to have the same problem with our program. How we create new habits of thinking and taking action We only create new habits of thinking (about ourselves and our potential, about other and about "how the world works") and develop new and more effective habits of taking action by repetition and consistently accessing and reinforcing the beliefs, attitudes and actions of very happy, motivated and effective people and putting them into action in our own unique lives a little each day consistently. A Harvard University professor stated that we can turn anything into a habit if we put it into action every day for 21 days. I'm not sure if I totally agree with his time frame. It has often taken me longer to turn certain things into new ways of thinking about myself and my life and new ways of taking action, but I totally agree with the principle behind this. We only learn through accessing essential principles, beliefs and actions, reinforcing and applying them in our lives day by day until they become a part of who we are. In our program we will teach you a daily process you can use even a little each day that will change your life. It is fun, varied and individualized to your unique and invaluable life. This daily process will be one of the most important things that you ever do. It will enable you to recognize and bring out your real potential for increasing and sustaining happiness, motivation and identifying and achieving the results that you really want in every area of your life. We guarantee it. Using this process in an individulaized way Some of the things in this daily process are things I suggest everyone do such as using a daily happiness, motivation and empowerment journal a little each day as we will teach you, creating a morning and evening ritual to ensure you have a deeply happy, motivated and victorious day and attending our weekday evening 75 minutes weekly happiness, motivation and empowerment workshops and discussion groups when you can. Other things we present are things you can choose to do as a unique individual and in this sense you are an essential part of this daily process. How long does the daily process take? Even a little each day is fine Some days you might only have the time to write a few lines in your happiness, motivation and empowerment journal and listen to or read our daily motivator that we send each day to your email and mobile device. Other days you may want to spend more time setting goals that use something that you really connect with in our program that you really want to make part of your life. How much time you spend is totally up to you. The key is to be a consistent daily happiness, motivation and empowerment learner a little each day and keep doing it. The tremendous power of support Even once we understand a new principle, belief or strategy and are working to apply it in our lives because we are human it is really easy to slip back into old ways of thinking and taking action. Our motivation can fade from day to day and sometimes for longer periods of time. That is why to be an effective daily happiness, motivation and empowerment learner we need support. In our program we will provide you with all kinds of multi element happiness, motivation and empowerment materials you can use a little each day including daily motivational emails. Great materials on our website, great “short read” eBooks and audiobooks and more that will support you and enable you to be a consistent and effective daily happiness, motivation and empowerment learner. This also includes weekly evening online live workshops and discussion groups you can join and invite friends, co workers and family to attend as well and much more. These weekly evening workshops and discussion groups actually make the ongoing process much more enjoyable, motivating and effective because you are actually interacting, sharing and learning together with great people who really want to create their best and happiest lives.
