What is a "mini-course"?

First the difference between a "course" and a book is that a course has specific learning objectives, homework, questions for understanding and exercises for action so you can make what you learn habits in your life- a part of who you are.

Our amazing "mini courses" are very inexpensive ($5 donation), really fun and do not take weeks and weeks to complete. Instead of giving you all kinds of excess information you will never use, our mini courses treat the essential core principles, beliefs and actions of a topic and focus on creating immediate and ongoing change in your life.

They will reaffirm some of the principles, beliefs and actions you already are using that work and enable you to use them more consistently, consciously and effectively. They will also teach you new principles, beliefs and actions from some of the best minds in Positive Psychology that will change your life whoever you are.

Once you finish the course you can use it as an ongoing reference for reinfinforcing the core beliefs, attitudes and actions that you learned in combination with our daily happiness, motivagtion and empowerment program and using your daily happiness, motivation and empowerment journal a little each day.
