Our mission is changing people's lives


 

We are a recognized 501 c (3) nonprofit organization with the mission of inspiring, motivating and teaching people to become their best and happiest selves and create their best and happiest lives in every area of their lives now and throughout their lives. We want to inspire, motivate and teach people to become daily happiness, motivation and empowerment learners a little each day and really change their lives wherever they are right now. The daily happiness, motivation and empowerment process we will teach you will be one of the most important things that you ever do, regardless of how much happiness, motivation and empowerment you have or have not already created in your life. It will change your life! We guarantee it. This is at a time when the happiness level in America has been declining significantly for many years and is continuing to decline. In this program we will treat the reasons for this and what we can do about it starting with ourselves.

In this program we will teach you a daily process for learning to increase and sustain happiness, motivation and results in every area of your life that will change your life. You can use even a little each day. It will fit into any busy schedule. This process is fun, varied and individualized to your unique and invaluable life. It is the difference that will make the difference in your life now and throughout your life whoever you are. Plus this process is really fun. Our materials all have text and audio versions you can listen to while walking, exercising, commuting or anywhere anytime you have even a few minutes to work on your life. How much time does it take? Even a little time each day is fine.

The time you spend using our program each day is totally up to you. Some days you might only have the time to read or listen to our daily five minute motivator that comes to your email and mobile device every morning and evening every day all year and write a few lines in your daily happiness, motivation and empowerment journal. This is something we will teach you to use in this program that will really change your life. Other days you may find something you really want to work on in your life in our program and spend more time setting goals that use it and focusing on making it a part of your life. The main thing is consistency even a little each day. Over time the results you will see will be amazing.

Why a daily process?

We believe that being a daily happiness, motivation and empowerment learner and practitioner even a little each day is by far the best way to recognize and bring out the amazing potential you have to go beyond where you would on your own in every area of your life in creating the happiness, motivation and results that you really want and can. This daily process is much more effective than just taking a course or reading a self-help book. (See “Why you don’t have to be a self-help book freak to be an effective happiness, motivation and empowerment learner and really change your life.”) How many times have you read a book or taken a course in school and a few weeks later forgotten much or most of what you learned? I know that I have had this experience many times in all my years in school. A Harvard professor said that we can turn anything into a habit if we use it every day even a little for 21 days. I am not sure that I agree with his time frame. It has sometimes taken me more time than this to turn something into a new habit of thinking and taking action but the concept is absolutely true. We only learn and make what we learn habits of thinking and taking action in our lives through daily learning, repitition and reinforcement of essential core principles, beliefs, attitudes and actions. Even when we learn something new and put it into action in our lives being human our motivation and determination will naturally fade from day to day, sometimes for long periods of time. That is why being a daily happiness, motivation and empowerment learner a little each day as we will teach you and using our daily support including great materials to your email and mobile device every single day, weekly evening workshops and discussion groups and much more will enable you to get and stay really motivated and excited about your life day by day.

Positive Psychology: The science of human happiness and thriving

Our program is based on Positive Psychology, the amazing research based branch of psychology that studies human happiness and thriving- what is it and how can anyone significantly increase and sustain it. It has been called the scientific study of how individuals, groups, businesses, and societies flourish and thrive. Since its inception in the 1990's Positive Psychology has grown to have international status and acclaim. Today you can actually major in Positive Psychology in hundreds of colleges and universities and classes are often filled the first day of registration. What we teach really works and it works for anyone. It isn't just the untested opinions of a self-help book author. Our program isn't about spending a lot of time learning all kinds of theoretical knowledge or difficult concepts like you might have had to do in school or reading a lot of long self-help books. It is about learning basic but profound essential principles, beliefs, attitudes and actions that will change your life and applying them in your own unique way in your own unique life a little each day and turning them into habits in your life- a part of who you are.

What are "Short read e books and audio books"?

We believe that you don't have to become a self-help book addict and read a lot of long self-help books to be a really effective daily happiness, motivation and empowerment learner a little each day and really change your life. Most people do not have the time or do not want to read all kinds of long self-help books. When a self-help book author writes a book they have to make it anywhere from 250-300 or more pages to make it long enough to charge what they and the publisher want to make. The reality is that while there are certain essential principles, beliefs and actions in the book much of it is information you will read and soon forget. All of us have had this kind of experience in school and in reading long books. I know that I have. Our short read e books and audio books present the essential core principles, beliefs and actions based on the best minds in the field of Positive Psychology, in ways that are really interesting, easy to understand and apply without a lot of unnecessary information overload. You can read or listen to them in an average of 20-30 minutes at whatever pace you want and access things that will really change your life in a way that will fit into any busy schedule. When you finish reading them you can use them as ongoing references to continue to make what you learn habits in your life- a part of who you are.
